About these terms

ardiscovers.com is run by Abhiranjan, an individual based in Bengaluru (Bangalore), Karnataka, India (“we”, “us”). By using the site or its apps, or by buying Pro, you agree to these terms.

The apps

The apps run in your web browser. Their free features cost nothing and need no account. Some apps offer an optional paid upgrade, listed with its price on our pricing page.

Doodlebeat Pro

• Price: ₹49, paid once. It is not a subscription and never renews.
• What you get: a licence to use the Pro features of Doodlebeat in your browser, for as long as Doodlebeat is offered on ardiscovers.com.
• Delivery: Pro unlocks as soon as payment is confirmed. See our delivery policy.
• Other devices: you can restore Pro on another device with the email, mobile number or order ID used at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. Their terms also apply to the payment itself.

What you make

Drawings, tunes and clips you make are yours to keep and share, including for commercial use. Downloads on the free plan carry an ardiscovers.com watermark, which you agree not to remove.

Fair use

Please do not misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or get around the payment or licence checks, and no reselling of Pro licences or copying the apps’ code, design or sounds into another product.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our refund and cancellation policy.

No guarantees

The apps are provided as they are. We work to keep them running and bug free, but cannot promise they will always be available or work on every browser and device. Features may change over time; we will not remove a Pro feature you paid for without a good reason, such as a legal or technical need.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with the site or the apps is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. Please write to us first at ardiscovers@gmail.com; most problems can be sorted out quickly.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and changes do not affect purchases already made.
